Today, we went to IKEA to browse and plan for our next furniture purchases, and then shot this outfit post in the paths behind our apartment building. I'll admit, I'll miss how close we are to the parkway once we've made the move to downtown, but am excited to find new backdrops and locations near our new place!
Today, I'm wearing a halter maxi dress from H&M with my altered chambray button up from Forever 21 and double wrap watch from Michael Kors. I've put my freshly highlighted hair into a giganto top knot because I hate how the stylist dries my hair (no one can part it properly aside from myself!) and added my oversized shell stud earrings so as to not look like I'm headed to a ball. I apologize for the so-so quality of photos. Not sure what happened, but am looking into it! *evil glances at camera*
The next few weeks are going to be absolutely insane. IFBCON is coming up and will be here faster than I know it, and we're moving into our new place on the 14th. Forgive me if I go a little MIA again here in the blogosphere, but those boxes aren't going to pack themselves and the furniture most definitely isn't going to teleport. Stay tuned for a little coverage of the madness that is IFB and NYC and for some post-decorating room shots. xx

You are too cute! I really need to do something with my wardrobe. I'm feeling totally out of style and drab. Time for me to get a better paying job! :P

Aw, thanks! My wardrobe isn't even that extensive, I just have fun mixing and matching the pieces I do own - even those that are 5+ years old!
